Omg, this was the cheesiest, most oozy, rich and delicious mac and cheese I’ve had in a long time! I almost want to say that it was TOO rich to finish but it tasted so good that I couldn’t stop myself. I mean, the cheese was still molten even after walking back to the office – good lord! And this is why I work out, people! LOL

my experience with Hill Country BBQ in NYC last time was also great, I love selection of side dishes there!
