This was a very hearty dish, but I felt like the andouille was dry and overcooked. Even the poached eggs were hard poached. The shelling beans tasted good, but the entire dish was just too dry for me. I had high hopes, but this dish fell flat.

I think brunch was just ok. I’ve heard dinner is much better so will have to try that next time!
dinner/happy hour is awesome. For brunch try the Country Cat next time you’re in town. It’s not close in to downtown – its a bit out of the way but SO GOOD. Biscuits, fried chicken, chicken fried steak. I could drink their hollandaise sauce.
