This soup did not look very appetizing, but it tasted all right. The texture was also a little off and was grainy. Definitely not my favorite.
Just got back from Tuscany. It was portobello mushroom and white truffle season there, so everything was truffles and mushrooms. This soup would have really fit in!
Except that this soup was probably no where as good as the soups you had in Tuscany! π I’m hoping to make it back to Italy in 2015, fingers crossed!
