I’m definitely becoming a big oyster fan (of the smaller varieties anyway). These miyagi’s were delicious especially with the mignonette, but they could have been shucked a little bit cleaner though.

Yeah, it took me a while to like the raw ones, but with a good mignonette they taste great! I still can’t eat the really big ones raw though.
Same here, just started liking oysters. These look pretty good.
I’m SO glad that I live in a town that gets really fresh oysters. Otherwise, I’m sure they wouldn’t taste as good and I’d gain a deathly fear of them.
