Mmm, these were really good and I loved all the sauces and salsa on top. The tortillas were also nicely grilled and warm. I thought it was cute that they served the plates in bamboo steam trays.

Lol! I’m actually trying to eat at home more often and healthier these days (when I’m not traveling anyway). I’m pretty good during the week, but the weekends are still my splurge days when I never feel guilty about eating whatever I want. š
