It may not be readily evident from this pic, but this nacho plate is pretty darn big! And delicous! They use organic meats and other amazing ingredients. I’m also very much in love with their salsa bar. They have plenty to choose from and you can keep going back for more!

This actually inspired me to order a Huancho Ranchero at Maple’s for breakfast. Alas! They didn’t have it in stock. I was frustrated. Still didn’t get my Mexican fix.
