Wow, everything on this plate was simple wonderful! The brisket was SO tender and juicy and packed with flavor. It was fatty and soft and I absolutely loved it. The frankaroni was also great – definitely not diet-friendly but definitely a must-try. NOMS!

Looks like a great place for brisket.
I only recently understood how good brisket could be. Every time I had it, it was dry or overcooked. It’s kind of amazing though how great a brisket is when done correctly! That one you tried looks excellent!
Brisket is one of my favorite bbq cuts (after baby back ribs). 🙂
