Hmm, these fries were good but I really couldn’t tell that they were fried in aged beef fat. When fries are made with duck fat I can taste the difference though.

Beef fat isn’t that amazing compared to other animal fats…like you said duck…also pork…YUM.
True, true. I guess I just never realized it.
Before, more then 50 hers ago, You would get fried fries in beef fat in most friteries here in Belgium. But mostly, now, it is in vegetarian fat & better for our health! 🙂

I think McDonald’s used to fry in beef fat too before they got sued. 🙂
I was wondering how they would taste different because of the fat! Lame they tasted the same. I really like duck fat fried fries too, the difference is mindblowing!
