I’m a big fan of beet salads, and this versions was REALLY tasty! I loved the combination of ingredients with the peppery greens piled on top. Noms!

I love local greens. They have so much more taste! I live in an apartment, so I don’t have a garden. But I go nuts over farmer’s markets, and the local food they bring in!
It’s great that most neighborhoods in SF have a farmers market some time during the week! Mine is on Saturdays and has great produce. ๐
