Thank goodness that we really liked our server/bartender because the food at Matchbox wasn’t all that good. These sliders were on the boring side – I mean they could have at least toasted and buttered the buns. The onion straws were also too thin to really enjoy and they quickly became soggy.

GAH! I haaaaate when they top sandwiches with onion straws. It always makes things so heavy and greasy.
I perfer some onion straws with a steak and some BBQ sauce but topped on a burger aint bad with a bit of a horseradish mayo mix and some coleslaw. Great pics.
I think you could give the chefs some pointers! 😉
