This had great flavor, but I was disappointed by its texture. It wasn’t waxy like some of the other scoops I’ve had here, but it was icy and very crumbly. Humphry Slocombe seems to be very inconsistent with their ice cream and I haven’t been blown away during any of my recent visits. Single scoop $3.25

Too bad about the texture, I love sweet corn ice cream. Have not had one in a long, long time…
